Your support cares for the ones we love at Northside General Hospital and Harbourview Facility.
Once you’ve signed up, your donation becomes automatic until you advise us otherwise. You can change or cancel your donation at any time. There are several ways you can join our program. You can charge your monthly donation to your credit card, or set it up as a monthly withdrawal from your bank account by sending us a void check with your enrolment. Your information is secure and the withdrawal will appear on your monthly statement.
By joining our community of supporters, you will be partnering with us on our mission to improve healthcare at our two hospitals. Your gift allows us to plan ahead, so that any gift makes an ongoing difference. Monthly giving is a convenient way to support your Hospital Foundation. At the end of the year, you will receive one tax receipt for the total amount of your donation.
To show our appreciation, we’ll send you an exclusive Guardian Angel Pin and add your name to our list of donors for the future Wall of Appreciation. Your gift will help guarantee that our patients; your family, friends and neighbours, receive the best care they need.
